               L. Mason Capitani Corfac International (LMC) has announced two recent high-profile listings within its Industrial Brokerage Division. LMC has listed the former Collins & Aikmen facility located at 2100 Dove Street in Port Huron, MI and the former Cadence Innovation assembly plant located at 17085 Masonic in Fraser, MI. The buildings are 173,900 square feet and 178,720 square feet respectively.
               Originally constructed in 1991, the Port Huron property offers four 25-ton cranes, primary power, eight truckwells, and 2000-amp buss duct throughout. The ceiling clearance ranges up to 40 feet high with 32 feet under the crane hook. It is a turn-key facility for any plastic injection molding operation. However, it is ideal for any industrial user.
                The Fraser property may remain occupied through the first or second quarter of 2010. The current occupant assembles consoles for the Jeep Cherokee and Commander. The just-in-time assembly line is equipped with a computer system which is directly linked to the Chrysler Jefferson Plant. The real estate, assembly line including all ancillary equipment and business opportunity is currently being offered for sale.
