Troy, Michigan (January 25, 2013) –  L. Mason Capitani is pleased to announce that Sky Zone has entered into two separate long term lease agreements for additional Southeast Michigan locations.  With dozens of their indoor trampoline parks located across the country and Canada, Sky Zone elected to expand into Shelby Township and Novi.  The facilities will be located on Sabrina Drive and Magellan Drive respectively, and each facility will be built to suit to their exact specifications.  These sites will complement their existing local facility in Canton, which opened last spring.  As the original indoor trampoline park, Sky Zone offers open jump, a Foam Zone, SkyRobics fitness classes, 3-D Dodgeball and a SkySlam basketball dunk court.  D’Agostini Land Company will construct both facilities simultaneously.  Jason Capitani represented Sky Zone in each transaction, while Capitani and Joe DePonio represented D’Agostini Land Company.
