5.21.10 - HOPE Center of Macomb Opens Flagship Facility in Fraser
           Troy, Michigan. (April 21, 2010) – L. Mason Capitani Corfac International is pleased to announce that HOPE Center of Macomb has finalized negotiations in the leasing of a 27,148 square foot facility located at 33222 Groesbeck Highway in Fraser, Michigan. Jason Capitani and Chris Steele assisted HOPE Center and the landlord, Groesbeck Development Group, in the transaction. HOPE Center of Macomb’s focal point is providing a client-choice food pantry, started in cooperation with Gleaners Food Bank and Meijer Corporation, as the most effective means of distributing food. 
          Another aspect of HOPE Center is to be a “one-stop-shop” for human services.  They offer county agencies and other non-profit community service agencies office space in their building. This allows people in need access to services in one location rather than having to travel to several locations county-wide to receive services. For instance, their VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program helps low income families prepare and E-file their taxes at no cost. All of these programs simply connect existing community services to the impoverished, unemployed and underemployed in Macomb County.
