Tom specializes in the brokerage of retail properties. His primary focus includes landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisition and disposition of land and investment properties. Additionally, Tom is involved in the expansion and the operation of the Retail Properties Division at L. Mason Capitani, Inc. Prior to joining L. Mason Capitani, Inc. in 2008, Tom served as a Vice President of Retail Property Services for Trammell Crow Company, which was recently acquired by CB Richard Ellis. Tom has held a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson’s License since 1992, and a Michigan Associate Broker’s License since 1998. He is a graduate of Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
