Jason Capitani is a Principal and Executive Vice President of L. Mason Capitani, Inc. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the company’s Industrial Properties Division, he specializes in industrial and hi-tech real estate brokerage throughout Southeast Michigan, with a special emphasis on Oakland and Macomb Counties. His focus includes landlord and tenant representation, as well as buyer and seller representation. He also has vast experience in vacant land and investment sales. Attaining listings is one of Jason’s strong suits, as he has listed over two million square feet of property over the last twelve months alone. He has been a licensed agent in the State of Michigan since 1992 over which time he has consummated in excess of $600 million in sales and lease transactions. Jason is a CCIM (Council of Commercial Investment Member) as well as a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
