Joe is key member in L. Mason Capitani Inc.’s notoriously successful Industrial Properties Division. He has played an integral role in defining the direction and structure of both current and incoming brokers with the firm. Furthermore, Joe has been credited with implementing growth strategies that have allowed the firm to capture over 9,000,000 square feet of exclusively listed Industrial property throughout the State of Michigan. Joe has excelled by creating long-term relationships with both institutional and entrepreneurial clients. As a licensed builder, Joe is in a unique position to advise his clients from a construction perspective. Over the past five years, in excess of 80% of the transactions that Joe has consummated have been on properties exclusively listed by the firm. Recently, Joe completed one of the regions largest transactions when he completed the sale of a 797,000 square foot former Visteon plant to a Tier 1 automotive supplier located in Chesterfield, Michigan. Joe continually sets a rigorous pace of transactions and is consistently one of firm’s top performers.
