Gary is a Senior Vice President of L. Mason Capitani, Inc. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties in Oakland and Macomb counties. As a senior leader of the firm, Gary is instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing the company’s proprietary database and training new agents. Gary is also an extremely accomplished real estate professional. Since being licensed in 1999 he has completed transactions in excess of 875,000 square feet of office, medical, hi-tech and industrial properties. Gary is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), which is the industry’s most prestigious professional real estate designation. He continues to make a mark on the commercial real estate market in southeast Michigan by providing superior service with an unrelenting work ethic in an honest manner.
