Tom has been a senior member of the brokerage staff at L. Mason Capitani, Inc. since 1995 where he has continually provided valuable leadership and experience. Tom’s real estate career began when he joined Town and Country Real Estate as a residential agent in 1978. He was extremely successful in the residential side of the business earning “Rookie of the Year” honors and joining and maintaining his status in the “Million Dollar Club” throughout his residential career. Hungry for new challenges, Tom left residential real estate and he began a career in industrial real estate brokerage in 1985. After a brief stay with Carl Rossman Company he joined the firm of Hanzl, Kepic and VanLokeren, Inc. where he was a top producer for the next seven years. In March of 1992 Tom accepted a senior position with Cushman & Wakefield. He then joined the Industrial Properties Division of L. Mason Capitani, Inc. where he has been a top producer ever since.
