As Director of Property Management at L. Mason Capitani Property & Asset Management, Kimberly Scobel provides third party management services for office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and residential developments. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Kimberly started her career at Ashley Capital where she gained experience in the areas of leasing and managing of over 10 million square feet of property. She then joined Talon Development Group where she managed office, retail, mixed-use and residential developments. Kimberly also oversaw all marketing and sales of Talon Development Group’s residential condominium projects. Kimberly holds an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation. This prestigious designation indicates that the recipient has completed a program of in-depth courses and exams dealing with the ownership, management and operation of major office and commercial buildings. Kimberly also has had her real estate salesperson’s license since 1997 and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Detroit.
