02.13.12 - HIROTEC AMERICA LEASES A COMBINED 260,000 SQUARE FEET
Troy, Michigan (February 13, 2012) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Hirotec America, Inc. has leased two industrial buildings totaling 260,000 square feet. The 175,000 square foot building in Port Huron, Michigan and the 85,000 square foot building in Chesterfield, Michigan will satisfy its expansion needs. Both properties are heavy manufacturing sites, with several cranes as large as 15-ton. Hirotec America provides top quality closure panel solutions to the automotive industry. With its North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, Hirotec operates out of over twenty locations across the globe. Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio of L.
