02.19.09 - Cadence Innovation Awards Property Portfolio to L. Mason Capitani, Inc.
L. Mason Capitani Corfac International is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a sales assignment from Cadence Innovation for 11 Michigan area properties. Joseph DePonio III, Vice President and Jason Capitani, Executive Vice President will oversee the marketing and disposition of these facilities. The combined portfolio totals 1,429,599 square feet. Featured locations include 714,870 square feet in Chesterfield, 329,898 square feet in Grand Blanc, 129,310 square feet in Hillsdale and 125,684 square feet in Clinton Township. Craig Mercier will assist in the marketing of the Hillsdale plant. Also included are several properties throughout Fraser and Chesterfield. All of these facilities are ideal for any use that qualifies under an industrial zoning.
